Abstract
This paper study the chromatic dispersion of optical fiber with ordered rotating of glass microstructure(ORGM), with specific
recipe of core and cladding in the fourth window of transparency (1.562 up to 1.622 micron), and a quantitative
evaluation of dispersion changes in optical fiber with(ORGM) compared with isotropic dispersion of optical fiber is agents.
