Abstract
Cu-substituted NiZn ferrite thin films, Ni0.4-xZn0.6CuxFe2O4 (0≤x≤0.2), were synthesized by sol-gel process. The crystallographic and magnetic properties of NiZn ferrite thin films have been investigated. The diffraction peak shifts towards the higher angle and the lattice parameter decreased with Cu substitution. The saturation magnetization decreases with the increasing Cu substitution, however, coercivity changed contrarily..
